By accessing or using 24 Hours Unplugged™ ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
24 Hours Unplugged™ is a creative community platform connecting independent artists and content creators through grant opportunities, music licensing, and collaborative projects.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Grant opportunities are posted by artists ("Grant Providers") and applied to by content creators ("Creators"). 24 Hours Unplugged™ facilitates this connection but is not a party to any grant agreement between artists and creators.
Grant winners retain intellectual property rights over their submitted creative work, subject to the following license grant: By accepting a grant and submitting work, you grant 24 Hours Unplugged™ and the associated artist a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, share, and promote your work on our platform and affiliated social media pages for the duration of our partnership.
You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. 24 Hours Unplugged™ reserves the right to remove any content at its discretion.
Membership tiers and associated fees are listed on the Membership page. All payments are processed securely. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support for inquiries.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any behavior deemed harmful to the community.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 24 Hours Unplugged™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
For questions about these Terms, contact us at support@24hoursunplugged.com.
Note: This is a placeholder Terms of Service. Please have a licensed attorney review and finalize these terms before public launch.
